BD Executive -
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to work with us to expand our clientele. You will project Company to the world and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to create outbound leads through network and bring business through those leads
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective Customers
Promote the company’s products/services to the Leads
addressing or predicting Customer objectives
Developing quotes and proposals for customers
Negotiate and follow ups with prospective customers
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and Coordinate with Support team for after sales services
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Manage a team and help team members develop their skills.
Not Do - you won’t work on Inbound leads
Website Leads won’t be allotted to you
Proven working experience as a business development Executive, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in Google sheets and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
